Overall this was a really nice rental and reasonably priced. Kīhei is a windy beach, but less humid than other parts of the island which I liked. The beach is rocky but gorgeous, so be careful of your feet out there. This property has beautiful views of the ocean and the pool and hot tub are nice. The outside barbecues are a plus, we used them a couple times. Had a Walmart order delivered which was handy. There are laundry facilities, get in there early if you want to use them, it’s gets used a lot. I would stay here again for sure.

The condo was fine. Not the cleanest, but not necessarily dirty either. Other than making breakfast or lunch once or twice, we didn’t do much more than sleep there, so it worked. The sunset on the beach was gorgeous. The view in general was great. Very close to plenty of restaurants and beaches. There were five of us staying for 6 nights. There was 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel for each of us to use…for the entire stay. The pull out couch had a bike lock on it and was “not available for guest use”. The laundry facilities are on floors 1, 3, & 5. You have to download an app to use it, add funds with the minimum of $10, and are not able to get any leftover funds back. The front office is open Monday through Friday 9 to 5. We were not able to get our parking permit until the morning after arrival due to our travel times, but were told that it “should be fine” (it was). Overall, if I ever find myself needing to rent a condo in Maui for a bit, I’d probably stay here again.

The view from the unit was exactly as advertised and had great views of the sunset each evening. Beach access was an easy walk across the lawn and seeing turtles on our morning walks on the beach was an unexpected surprise. Location was great, with easy access to many of the places we wanted to visit on the island. Great beaches within 10-20 minutes as well. Customer service was fantastic throughout our stay as well.

The location was fantastic. We fell in love with Kīhei. The beach was just a two minute walk. View was great! Felt right at home. It was close to anything you would need for your vacation. Will definitely recommend and would stay here on a return trip!

The beach front view from the balcony was nice. However, the property has a severe roach infestation as of January 2026. Bathrooms were half cleaned and the top bunk bed is soil stained and smells of urine

The condo was very nice in a good location near the ocean. The master bedroom was very nice as well as the master bathroom. The king size bed was very comfortable. The view of the ocean was excellent. There was plenty of parking. The central air conditioning was excellent. A rare thing for Kīhei. The kitchen was a bit small, but had all of the appliances needed for cooking a good meal. I would highly recommend this property.
