Loved this area of South Kihei and love this condo. It’s right across the street from the beach great sunsets, great amenities appliances and kitchen for cooking. The second bathroom is great if you have kids using the sofa bed. And the owner was so kind and got us an espresso machine to use so now it’s there for everyone to enjoy.! also the closet is stocked full of great beach chairs, umbrellas towels, coolers everything you need so you don’t need to purchase anything which is very nice!

Unit was clean and organized. Close to beach. Unit was stocked with many beach accessories that were appreciated. Short walk for morning coffee. Complex has well maintained grounds.

Amazing location, great facilities, and beautiful grounds! Lots of BBQs in multiple areas so we never had to wait to make dinner. The condo is well equipped and quite large. We loved the little touch of the welcome coffee and cookies! We used the beach chairs and umbrella every day and very much appreciated having access to this.

This unit is in a great location! We have a small kid and being able to walk across the street to the beach was perfect (and there are swings at the beach!). The unit had a good amount of beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. The AC worked well and we actually left it off most of the time we were there. You get a really nice breeze through the unit if you use the screens off the lanai and the front door. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I never do reviews but if you’re looking for a central location you can beat across from Kam 3 beach. I know as I’ve been coming to Maui since 2013 and for views, location and value I’ve well educated over the years Great unit 👍excellent value
