we knew that there was no AC but we had every single fan in the house on and every window open exept on of the bedrooms where theres a walkway that any stranger can walk by. it was very hot and miserable at night. we ended up leaving early to a different hotel for 2 days. other than that the room was nice and clean, and was in a great location

This is the 4th time that we have stayed at the Hololani resort, and every time has been a wonderful experience. the condos are always clean and well maintained. The view from the units are amazing. Theres no air-conditioning, but none is needed. The trade winds do a great job at cooling off the condo's. We can't wait for our next trip to Hololani.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and all the furniture was comfortable including the beds. Everything worked as intended. Parking in the garage can be a little tight but slow and steady works leaves nothing to fear. At first I was a little hesitant about the property not having AC but it wasn’t an issue by any means considering there were ceiling fans and extra box fans in the closet. Plus the angle of the building provided with a nice consistent breeze.

If you're looking for a great place to stay, you found it. The huge balcony makes for an amazing place to eat, and with its position in the building you can eat there for breakfast lunch and dinner quite comfortably. Other units require sunshades due to excessive volumes of sun shining in, but the position of this unit meant that wasn't needed, while still providing beautiful sunset views from the other side of the unit. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked and clean. If you're concerned about the lack of AC, daytime temps hit 86 degrees while we were there, but the unit itself was never uncomfortable. The ocean breeze truly handled the AC for most of the unit. The only place that wasn't great was the back room. Staying back there did require the use of the fan, but that wasn't a bother to us, and extra were provided in case we needed it (we didn't). Parking was right near the elevator, which worked without issue. The place was quiet, with no noise issues during our stay. Simply put, my wife didn't want to leave.
