Garden Oasis at Puamana

Great location.

Great place, lots of room for a family of 4. Close to Anini beach (great for snorkeling, 10 min) and Hanalei Bay for surfing. Also you can walk to the Na Neah restaurant at the Westin

The first thing I saw when I walked in was a huge dead cockroach, clearly did not clean before we arrived. All dishes still had food caked on, AC units obviously had never been cleaned with thick lint covering the intake and mold growing inside. Spent our first day cleaning the apartment! Beds, pillows and couches are also horrible to sit on. If you’re looking to throw your back out of alignment this place is for you. We barely spent time on them and still I’m in terrible pain. While the location is great, i advise anyone who wants to actually relax and enjoy a vacation to steer clear, find literally anything better.

Pros: Location in Princeville Washer and dryer in-unit 2 parking spaces Quiet neighborhood Good sunlight through windows especially in main bedroom Good amenities including paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, dryer sheets, towels, beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, trash bags. Comfortable living, dining, lanai area Cons: Main Bathroom wasn’t cleaned, it still had old dirty towels from previous guest. We had to clean the bathroom ourselves. We left the Lysol wipes and sanitizer for the next guest in case they needed to clean too. Customer service offered to send housekeeping back but we already cleaned it. Description said boogie board available but there was none so we bought one and left it for next guest. Fridge ice maker had mold but we didn’t use it. Beds and pillows weren’t as comfortable.

We loved the location and gorgeous plant life that surrounded the condo and each unit. Literally a few minutes from a beach. Each bedroom had a TV . Bedroom 1 with the queen bed had a closet with 2 beach chairs, 2 coolers with ice packs, luggage racks, 1 beach umbrella, 1 pool noodle, 2 sets of flippers, and a clothes drying rack. Bedroom 2 with the king bed had a luggage rack, extra bathroom towels, and bedding. The kitchen featured a starter set with dish soap and laundry detergent. The refrigerator was huge and worked great. The family room was spacious with 2 comfortable sofas and a big TV. The hall bathroom had a nice big sink with soap and lotion. The shower had conditioner, shampoo, and shower gel. The master bathroom featured the same amenities. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back. Sometimes other guests would park in the designated parking spots but it was fine. Plenty of parking. This was our favorite condo we have ever rented by far.
