There are king beds in each bedroom. There is air-conditioning in the living area of 9205 and air-conditioning in the adjoining 9206 unit. Hanalei Bay Resort is one of the premier properties on Kauai. Nestled into the Beautiful Coastline of Kauai’s North Shore and built on 22 acres, this resort abounds with lush tropical foliage, amazing views of lush green mountain ranges, waterfalls, tropical sunsets and the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. Since it is privately owned and rented, hotel-style housekeeping is not offered. There is no daily housekeeping. • Hanalei Bay Resort currently charges a flat fee of $50, a reservation fee of $6.75 per every non-owner reservation, a $25 per day resort fee and a $20 per day, per vehicle, parking fee. These fees are subject to taxes. This is paid directly to the resort at the time of check-in and not included in the rental rate or fees.
