This vacation rental has a complete kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, vessel sinks in the bathrooms, updated lighting, and high-quality furnishings. From the moment you walk in through the front door, you will be amazed at the stunning ocean view. It is everywhere: kitchen, dining room, living room, and main bedroom. You will not only see the ocean and the breaking surf but as well, during the winter months, you will enjoy whale watching right from your lanai and, year-round, be able to watch our Honu, also known as sea turtles, sunning themselves on the shore or swimming in the bay. At night you will fall asleep to the sound of the ocean lapping on the shore outside your vacation home away from home. Work began on August 3 with the 09 stack (Units 109, 209, 309, and 409) and will continue sequentially through the 19 stack (Units 119, 219, 319, and 419). If the project progresses ahead of schedule, work may also begin on the Bayside stacks (Units 101–108), including: 01 stack: Units 101, 201, 301, and 401 Through 08 stack: Units 108, 208, 308, and 408 During construction, guests may experience: • Construction noise during daytime working hours (8am - 4pm) • Dust and debris associated with exterior concrete repairs.
