This condo is perfect for families and the floor plan is simply ideal–two bedrooms are separated from the main living space, which allows some people to stay up late while others go to bed. The first floor of this tropical retreat features a private bedroom with access to a balcony, a full bath with a tub/shower combo, and a family room with two beds, a washer/dryer, and a flatscreen Smart TV with cable. Upstairs, the main living space offers an eloquently decorated open floor plan where comfort is all that matters. The living room is light-filled and boasts comfortable furniture (large sectional sofa and armchair) near a flatscreen Smart TV with cable. You're all set for movie nights with the family! Be the star of the group by making delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which is complete with all the modern appliances to make cooking a breeze, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The breakfast bar adds two extra seats to the gorgeous, wooden four-person dining table. Such a great condo! We were able to use snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler. Clean and well taken care of. Check in and out was a breeze.

The place was beautiful not much to do in that area unless you’re hiking or going on excursions when you wanted to relax and watch a show or TV that was not possible… if you have to work or do Internet work that’s not possible

Nihilani is one of the three hidden Vacasa gems in Princeville. The pool is great, and you will meet a nice combination of permanent residents and airline pilots on vacation at the hot tub. This particular unit was quite a nice find since we were hosting two of our grandchildren with their parents. We were able to put them in the spacious kids bedroom area adjacent to their bathroom and master bedroom downstairs. That is extremely rare with Vacasa rentals, especially in the two bedroom category. It’s also what most busiest-time residents do for family visits. If you are a cook, bring your own spices. Otherwise, they have everything you will need to host a pool party or an outing down at the pier. We will definitely be back.

Loved the pool, hot tub, and grill, kitchen area. The pool landscaping and maintenance was nice. This unit proximity to the pool area was ideal. Highly recommend this unit.

Perfect location for exploring the north shore- this property was super clean, comfortable and well-stocked with towels, beach gear, etc. My family was very comfortable here- we had a great stay!

Nice location, end of street so hardly any vehicle traffic. Located near the pool (walking along fence line). Place was clean and had a nicely stocked kitchen, had beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, cooler, etc. Garage code was given within emails, but I had to reach out to Vacasa to get the code to the front door lockbox. Although the place was nice, it was not the place as advertised via photos when we booked. We specifically were looking forward to the large back deck shown in the photos, but our rental had a very small back deck in comparison. After we got home, we realized our Booking.com reservation was for Nihilani 21C, but the Vacasa communication messages switched us to Nihilani 25B without our approval. Disappointing. The master bed mattress was really firm, which was not desirable for us and caused body soreness. We also suggest having more pillow options to choose from, as the pillows were softer than we like.
