Will start with the pros which outweigh the cons. Would probably give this a 3.5 if we were able. The unit is in a great location in town and on the island and close to the grocery store and within walking distance of the fun shops in Kapa’a. The unit was well equipped in the kitchen and was a great size for 3 of us. We loved sitting on the deck/patio and eating breakfast. Pools on the property are small but very clean and so close to the beach. Whole property is well maintained and we loved that there were beach chairs available for us to use to our frequent trips to the beach. There were really only two cons. First is the proximity to the busy road. If you are a light sleeper or want a quiet sleepy location this is not a good place for you. Pretty much constant traffic noise from the road. Second and probably biggest con is the unit could really use a refresh. The trim and walls were pretty dingy and need a refresh and the cabinets have seen better days. The bathroom cabinet was the worst with a lot of water damage at the base. Overall nice place but just needs a little love.

This condo is very nice and well cared for. The location is centrally located on the island. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed and appliances were in good shape. The only thing missing is a washer/dryer. Vacasa always does a nice job of welcoming their guests with samples of local products.

Minutes away from Historic Kapa'a and centrally located between the North and South Shores of Kauaui, 319 Kailani offered great views, amenities and comfort away from home. It allowed our family (2 adults 1 child) to rest comfortably when not enjoying the scenic beaches and mountains of Kauaui.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Kapaa. It was conveniently located to restaurants and the walking path.

Perfect for a big family! Absolutely beautiful grounds and conveniently located within walking distance of Safeway and Wailua Ice (best shave ice on the island!).

We stayed here for a week with our kids (16 and 19). It worked for our family. The unit was equipped with what we needed for the most part and it was clean. The one problem we had was arriving the first day and realizing that the A/C unit was only in the living room and there was only one stand alone fan. The bedroom was really hot and took a long time to get to a comfortable temperature. We had to keep the one fan right in the doorway of the bedroom to push cool air in there. I would recommend having a couple fans if you are not going to have an A/C unit it in the bedroom. We did like how centrally located the place was to the things we wanted to do. Kapaa is a great location!!
