Ita a beautiful town. Limited beach access and place may be a bit outdated but still a good place for vacay

The home was clean, had everything we needed, and was so pretty! The hosts even left us some Hawaiian goodies to try! We loved our stay and found the location in such a good area (prime spot in Princeville that was close to my favorite lookout of Hanalei Bay, Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, and more! 100% recommend.

We were pleased with the unit and enjoyed the resort amenities.

It was a nice condo with a nice pool well located.

- In my opinion, the lighting and angles used in the listing photographs created an illusion of overall aesthetic appeal and caused me to overlook the true nature of this property -- in person, I found it older and of a much poorer quality. - Incorrect access code sent to email. - Bugs/spiders in multiple corners inside property, including kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. - Burnt out lanai/patio lightbulb -- never addressed by local management despite multiple requests to replace. - Toilet clogged and flooded the bathroom floor after first few flushes. - Keys labeled as pool area keys were simply not the correct keys. - Thin walls -- conversations/activities of adjacent and upstairs neighbors, and anyone passing by the unit outside, are clearly audible inside the unit. - Extremely unpleasant/overly-bright florescent lighting. - Feral chickens immediately outside property constantly. - Stray cat on lanai/patio. - Living room furniture not the same as listing photo (specifically, the couch actually in the living room was an old blue couch, while the couch depicted in the listing photo is a brown couch in nice condition).

Close to Princeville & Hanalei, so super easy to shop or grab a cup of coffee. It’s near the golf course, where there’s a great sidewalk that wraps around it for walking exercise. Many families live in the condos around this unit, so noisy children can be an issue, especially if you want to use the pool.
