We stayed in the middle of May with our family of 6. We had an amazing time. Some days the water was calmer than others, but all in all, the beach was great for the kids. (I'm sure time of year may change that. ) My oldest and I also had a great time Snorkeling. When you take the path to the beach walk about 50' to the south and it's less rocky and an easier access. You'll see a wall of reef. If you follow that out, you'll see lots of great fish. The house was well stocked with chairs, snorkel gear, a football, etc. The back yard was lots of fun. AC would have been nice, but if you leave the sliders open and create a cross breeze it stays very comfortable. With the house on the end of the street, and such a huge lot, you really do feel like your on your own private oasis. This was one of my favorite places I've ever stayed at. Would highly recommend.

My family and I spent a week here and had an amazing time! The house is on a beautiful piece of property that is so huge and private. It’s peaceful and such gorgeous sunrises and star gazing at night. The house it self is definitely older and being on the ocean takes its toll but everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. Our family loved coming back and resting after a day of adventures!
