This was such an incredible rental experience! The unit was exactly as advertised and was extremely clean and comfortable. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, plenty of both bath and pool towels, as well as plenty of dish/laundry soap and misc bathroom toiletries. Their instant chat was very convenient when we had misc questions or had a minor thing come up that needed fixing. They had prompt responses and were able to get people onsite immediately. Easy check in and check out instructions. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again! Thank you Vacasa!

Very spacious property. Kitchen well equipped. Grilled space outside. Quiet area. 15-20 min walking distance to the beach. Surrounded garden well maintained. Good place to relax

Dear Vrbo Support, Very nice location. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The floors, baseboards, bathrooms, and countertops were dirty, and the walls are in need of a deep cleaning. We did not feel comfortable staying there given the condition of the home. Additionally, there were not enough towels provided for our party of six, and we had to purchase our own paper towels and toilet paper. This experience was a significant letdown.

The condo itself was great — clean, comfortable, quiet, and in an ideal location. We were very happy with the unit and it worked well for our stay in Poipu. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance that the kids pool and hot tub were under construction during our stay. While the main pool remained open, the constant construction re the hot tub noise made it difficult to enjoy the pool area, which was disappointing since this is one of the main amenities when booking a vacation property. We contacted the property management during our stay to ask about some type of reimbursement for the inconvenience. They replied with ‘we’ve forwarded to our local team who will reply soon’ but we never received any follow-up, which was frustrating. We also reached out on our second day because the safe in the unit would not open. Again, the same canned reply ‘we have forwarded to our local team yadda yadda yadda.’ Never heard from anyone ever. What a pathetic property management company. The condo itself is very nice, but the lack of transparency about the construction and zero response for the safe was disappointing. We will stay at Pili Mai again (this was our third time), but will absolutely not book through Vacasa! They should change their name too, Vacant, as that was the response and care we received - empty.

we tried to check in an hour early as it was ready but, despite getting an unsolicited same day text saying we’d be notified if early check in was possible, the code didn’t allow us in and, when we called, they said it wasn’t possible. other than that, it’s a very nice space.
