Wake up each morning to a view of Mauna Kea from your bedroom at this two-story condo in Waikoloa Hills. Enjoy 20-foot vaulted ceilings, gorgeous natural light throughout the day, and wonderful community amenities for when you're not out exploring the Big Island. Waikoloa Hills is conveniently and centrally located, with The Village Course at Waikoloa immediately west. The complex features an outdoor saltwater pool, a hot tub, a barbecue area with gas grills (in addition to your private grill), and reserved parking. Hop in the car for a quick drive to Puakō Petroglyph Park (nine miles) and 49 Black Sand Beach (10 miles). Sip a cup of local coffee outside on the lanai, prepare a hearty breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, and grab a swimsuit from the washer/dryer on your way out the door to the pool or the beach. Coming home, you can get dinner going on the gas grill, sit outside with a sunset view, and spend the evening hours streaming movies and playing board games. When it's time to turn in, you'll find both bedrooms are paired with newly remodeled bathrooms. Don't know where to start. Upon arrival, no AC in living area and big ceiling fan not working. Called to get it fixed & was told no one could come out till our check out day. Super hot. Also, no TV channels to watch. Dishwasher, sign that says "out of order" wasn't told that prior. Master bedroom dresser, completely not put together properly shook so much so unsteady, couldn't put any weight on it. Master bathroom door, fell off the hinges that weren't property tightened almost hitting my 8 year old. Bulb in 2nd bathroom burnt out first day also was told can't be changed till check out day. No staff here to help so messaging Vacasa was only choice and we got NO compensation for anything! Absolutely worse stay of my life will never recommend or return

We are frequent visitors to Waikoloa, this is our first time staying in this condo and we truly enjoyed ourselves. Really loved that we were so close to a grocery store and restaurants, all in walking distance which was nice because we only rented one car. The condo had plenty of room for four adults, I feel like we could have had a few more people with us comfortably. The bathrooms were obviously recently remodeled and were super pretty. The place was fully stacked with stuff we needed like extra beach towels, kitchen stuff. We used the pool and hot tub every day, and also used the bbq in the pool area. The washer and dryer was an added bonus! We will definitely rent this place again on our next visit!

This home is exactly as advertised. We loved the pool and hot tub and the full grocery store walking distance from the unit. The bathrooms seemed recently remodeled and the beds were comfortable. Great place to stay!

Wonderful, clean 2 br apartnent in great location. Walking distance to supermarket and short car ride to great beaches. Well equiped kitchen and laundry facilities. No microwave and could have provided more guidance about recycling and location of laundry soap

Very big 2 bedrooms 2-stories apartment close to grocery stores, gas station and restaurants. Overall great apartment and great location but a bit close from big intersection- most at night. Nice pool/spa easily accessible. Would recommend!
