This is a wonderful stand-alone villa located in the town of Princeville with breathtaking ocean and mountain views, perfect for couples, families, and honeymooners! Nearby Princeville has great restaurants, shopping center, tennis courts, and golf courses all within walking distance. Check out the surf across the street, close to Hideaways Beach path and also the beach path along the Princeville Resort. This is a two story, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom villa with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a flatscreen TV, and free WiFi. It has ceiling fans throughout, as well as a dining area and two lanais facing the lush tropical beauty of Kauai. Amazing sunset views of the ocean from the dining room cannot be beaten! The master suite has a lovely queen-size bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, full bath, and a private lanai. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and ceiling fan. Princeville is a beautiful location and the villa is well situated with great views all around. It is roomy but not well equipped with cookware and it's appliances, furniture and decor look original to the property back at it's construction 40-50 years ago and are badly in need of an update.

We stayed here as our basecamp to shoot an episode of the PBS travel series "Outside Beyond the Lens". It was perfect for our small crew to hit all of the north shore destinations. Love the back deck views and bird life and only a quick shuffle out the front door to watch the whales! Bed was great and shower head in the master bathroom almost came home with me. Really enjoyed our time on island and glad we chose #33 for our stay!
