Fairway Terrace G101

Loved loved loved our stay and the location. The area: Waikoloa is nestled in the middle of four of the island’s volcanoes: Kohala, Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa & Hualalai. All four can be seen on a relaxing evening walk around the property. You will see turkeys, ducks and many other birds of paradise on these walks. Not the mention stunning Hawaiian sunsets overlooking the pacific. Hāpuna beach, aneaehoomalu bay and several other stunning beaches are just a short drive down the mountain. If you are a golfer, you will be in heaven since the property is located on a golf course with deeply discounted access to the course. Owner had left some guest passes for us to use. Day trips to Mauna Kea, Captain Cook Snorkeling, Kona, Pololu Valley, Two Step beach, Kohala Coast are all very easily done from this location. The space: Very comfortable bed (even the second pullout bed was high quality), fully stocked kitchen, clean bathroom and patio, lots of beach gear (trolley cart came in handy big time at Hāpuna). After a long day of fun, I personally loved soaking in the hot tub before calling it a night. Even the pool is heated so you can ALWAYS get in the water. Pool area also had an excellent setup for gas grilling, we picked up some marinated meats from the KTA store up the street and had a fun afternoon grilling at the pool. Do not miss the Saturday kamuela farmers market if you’re here. Exploring beautiful Waimea was one of the highlights of staying at this location. This property checked all the boxes and then some!

We were very happy with the location, value and amenities of Unit G101 for our week-long vacation. It was a nice unit for a couple and our older child (who slept on the pull out bed). It had everything we needed for a nice vacation, and the hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. We tend to drive around to different places when we vacation on the Big Island (this was our 4th time) and we were really happy with this property!

You have to drain the ac water yourself or it won’t stay on. The fridge door opens the wrong way and so is super hard to put groceries away since you have to enter the laundry room to open it and the close it again to get back into the kitchen since it’s super close to the counter on the other side

I recently returned from an incredible holiday in Waikoloa Village, Hawaii, and I can’t stop thinking about how amazing the experience was. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking views, and the kind of tranquility that only Hawaii can offer. This Condo is set on a gold course! The Waikoloa village is a true gem on the Big Island. The beaches were pristine, with soft white sand and crystal-clear waters perfect for snorkeling, swimming, or simply relaxing under the sun. We especially loved the sunsets—each one more stunning than the last, painting the sky in shades of orange, pink, and gold. Our accommodation were top-notch, offering comfort, style, and easy access to everything we needed. Our girls loved to play g=Golf, Pickle ball and swimming!!! Amazing facilities at Fairway. Whether we were exploring the nearby beaches, enjoying fresh poke bowls, or strolling through the shops and restaurants we would recommend this spot! Memorable experience!!

Unit is conveniently located in a nice, quiet, gated community. Well-maintained landscaping and heated community pool. All appliances are in good working order, Internet is fast and reliable, and bed is reasonably comfortable. Unit could use some updating and minor repairs.
