Stayed for 4 nights in december. Overall pretty decent place to stay with kids as it is a seperate townhome like structure. Too much lights in the morning in the bedroom as there are no screens on the front side of the bedroom and just glass. We used that as an advantage to wake up early and go out. Also saw a cockroach on the kitchen shelf on the first day of check-in which might be common in Hawaii. Had an issue with microwave which we reported and they promptly fixed it on the next day. So overall pretty decent home to stay in Kona.

We loved our stay here and its proximity to Kona and Captain Cook. Wonderful views, beatiful surroundings, and a well supplied unit. I am very grateful for the supplied beach gear. The chairs, umbrellas, cooler, fins, and boards made it possible for us to do so much more and made our trip extra special. I also enjoyed the tropical decor in the unit. This corner unit provides some privacy and it was an easy path to the two pools, which were very clean and peaceful. Would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful view. Well supplied. Even had 5 beach chairs, boogie boards, fins, and a cooler. Also had all the cooking supplies we needed. Lack of AC was only an issue until we opened up the windows, then it cooled off with a cross-breeze nicely. Quiet area walkable to grocer, coffee, pub, and drug store. And even a small beach.

Great unit and well maintained. Location was further away from downtown Kailua than originally planned, but easy access to highway and 10 minute drive into town. Nice to have separate bedroom downstairs from the Living space upstairs and great lanais from both floors. Well kept unit and everything was clearly marked (light switches) this is very helpful :-)
