Waikoloa Fairway Villas D3

Very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and close to very nice amenities and beach. All within walking distance.

We had a great 7 night stay. The property was perfectly located. The walk to the King’s shops was less than 5 minutes. We also walked to the beach and Lava Lava beach club. It is also relatively close to the Hilton resort and we purchased a day pass for the Hilton pool one day, which our teenage kids appreciated. The property was well stocked and clean. The layout worked well for our family. All of the necessary beach supplies were provided and in good condition … chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler. The patio was a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon rest after the beach. We were also pleasantly surprised by the pool area. Usually we find condo pool areas to be uninspiring, but this property had a great pool area with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. It was not super crowded even during Spring Break. When we were there, the property’s guests were very quiet, even though it appeared to be fully occupied with a lot of families with young children. The check in and check out, including directions was very easy. We did not really cook during our stay but the kitchen appeared fully stocked with everything needed. We had a great time and would stay at this property again.

Excellent location for a family trip. The condo was clean and had all the necessary kitchen and beach items. Modern and comfortable furnishings. Close to the pool, hot tub and gym.

The condo is very comfortable and beautifully decorated in tropical colors. It looks out over the golf course and I enjoyed watching the golfers and numerous types of birds. It is located close to the pool, gym and barbecue area and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The condo is convenient to The Kings and The Queens Shops.

We enjoyed our stay in D-3 at the Fairway Villas! The condo was well stocked, especially with beach gear. We loved the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler backpacks, and boogie boards! This was a very comfortable condo for our family of four, we loved being so close to the Kings and Queens markets, and staying in Waikoloa put us in close proximity to Hupuna Beach and Kua Bay, two of our favorite beaches.
