The condo was cleaned and well maintained. The only real complaint we had was people smoking on the patio from the unit next to ours. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Although our stay was during the Kona Low storm we still had an ocean front view of the ocean. We were able to sit on the lanai and watch the developing storm and its aftermath. Also watched surfers and saw a pod of dolphins. On the day of departure the skies cleared and we saw a beautiful view of the ocean.

Lovely ocean front condo, quiet and comfortable, we felt so relaxed. Best of all, it was a simple five minute stroll to Kona town for breakfast, dinner, drinks, or just to take a leisurely walk. Will definitely be booking this unit again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Nicely updated and decorated. It had everything we needed for our 16 day stay. The ocean view is nice, the bed is firm, and the washer and dryer worked well. We didn't use the air conditioning but it has two units (livingroom and bedroom) if needed. I would stay here again.
