Inside you'll find a bright and welcoming interior with lots of natural light. There's space for friends if you want to host a margarita or movie night on the wall-mounted TV. Enjoy cooking with simple luxuries like stainless steel appliances, a floating island bar, and plenty of cupboard room for all your vacation snacks. Choose carefully where to sleep because both bedrooms have soft beds, and don't forget to wash off the sand and sunscreen at the end of the day in the roomy showers. Lounge and relax by the pool when you want to stay closer to home, or curl up with a great poolside read for prime relaxation. The beds were comfortable, newer sofa sleeper, well stocked kitchen, lots of snorkeling masks and fins, coolers, and 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Even had pickleball rackets! Unfortunately we never used them because we never opened the closet where they were stored! 😂

This place is really all you need for a nice vacation to Kona. Within walking distance to shopping and good eats/coffee. The view isn’t perfect, but you can see the water when you look out the window or are on the balcony. Plenty of beach/pool toys and gear to use during the stay. Gas stove is a plus! Parking spot is included, just have to ask for the parking spot number. Pool on sight is fine, right next to grills and restrooms. The area is quiet and peaceful. This place really has everything you could ask for!

We drove over from the East Side for a family event. It would have been great to have an additional parking spot. There are visitor stalls with 3 hr limit but not sure who monitors as we noticed a vehicle parked overnight in those stalls. Unit AC was not working properly. Opening the balcony door was cooler than the AC itself. Our stay could have been a bit more comfortable but our successful family events just made up for it.
