The grounds, complex and location are exceptional. This home covered our basic needs , kitchen, good bed, clean, BBQ’s and scenic deck of the grounds and ocean. Could use some updating though.

The condo was perfect for us. Convenient to town and a great fish market. We prefer to cook most of our meals and had everything we needed. The 4 community bbq’s were a great place to visit with others. The swimming pool was great, busy but there were chairs available. We did worry about not having ac, but it ended up not being a problem at all. Although the patio is not looking directly at the water (there is a view), it worked out great because the sun never hit it directly. If we go back to the big island we will definitely look into staying here again.

A disappointing check-in to find the home exceedingly dusty, with low quality linens and towels and a need for updating. While the location is great, the community is noisy. With no AC levered-windows need to be open and you can hear the sounds of the car alarms, hallway conversations and noises from the common area below. The view from the lanai is lovely and a highlight.

The pool and barbecue area is magnificent . The Green flash on site is super for breakfast and quick lunches. Owe all Sea Village is well kept and in easy walking distance of town.
