This isn't a resort on the ocean front, but the location is walking distance to all we like to do in Kona. We spent a few days without a car, and then rented a car to go to other places on the island that we enjoy. The condo was very well equipped, beach chairs, coolers, kitchen outfitted, we really had everything we needed. The pool isn't fancy, in fact it was closed for construction while we were there which was pretty annoying, but walking to Honl's beach was easy and is a great place to spend the day. We will look to rent this condo again.

Location was great!-easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Condo is a nice size and had most everything we needed. Very quiet and clean-would not hesitate to recommend it and hope to stay there again next year.

Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, spacious condo. Equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. Wi-fi was great and the TV included multiple streaming services. Even sofa bed was comfortable. Terrific location near downtown. Quiet. Convenient parking included. Nice large lanai.(Should add a broom to the closet, not just a vacuum cleaner.)
