It was an okay place to stay. This was our second time staying in this unit, although I’m not sure we would choose to book it again if other options were available. The location is excellent, the price is reasonable, and the condo itself was clean. Unfortunately, our check-in experience this time was very frustrating. We were unable to access the unit because the lockbox was empty, and the front door lock remains extremely difficult to open and close. During our previous stay, we did not have issues with check-in, but the front door lock was already problematic then as well. Overall, the condo is decent and well located, but the ongoing issues with accessing the unit would make us hesitant to stay here again.

We love this place! Right next to the calm, crystal lagoons of Carlsmith Beach Park. The Seaside restaurant across the street is excellent.

Interior was very nice and clean. Appreciated all the extras in the closet (umbrellas, boogie boards,) and good amount of shampoo, conditioner, bath tissue. View from balcony not much to look at but a wonderful sound of crashing waves. Having to utilize a key for elevator/ stairs / pool/ gate to park was a but cumbersome but we understand that keeps the place safe. Best part though is definitely location. Beach park behind, with stairs into ocean, and sea turtles in the lagoon. Loved it! And my daughter loved the kitties that hang around haha.

Great kitchen and nice porch overlooking beach area. Room darkening shades in one room with a fan to drown out road sounds the other king room is on the oceanside with wave sounds. Bring eye shades if you wake with first light!
