The enclosed lanai provides ample seating to watch the golfers putt for pride while enjoying a morning coffee. In the evenings, walk about 100 yards to the shoreline to watch the waves crash against the rocks while the sunset paints the Kona sky. With top-notch tennis courts, a pool with an ocean view, and easy access to everything, you'll return year after year! There are lots of beach options! You're less than a half-mile away from excellent snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park, while Magic Sands and La'aloa are just a mile past that. The golf course you see from your lanai is part of Kona Country Club, where you can tee off about a mile south. A great dinner or happy hour with an ocean view can be had just up the hill at Sam Choy's. A great day trip is five miles away down Ali'i Drive, where you can shop, dine, and walk while never losing sight of the ocean in downtown Kailua-Kona. Things to Know Elevators are not available. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

The rental was beautiful with beautiful furnishings! The condo had everything we could have needed for the 11 nights we were there. The grounds are taken care of very well, and we liked having our own designated parking space. The pool is nice, but it would be nicer if it had an ocean view. We did go to the area where you can watch the sunset several nights and we also used the grills and eating pavilion on the grounds. If you want to be in the Keauhou area, this is the condo for you!

This was a fantastic place to stay with our family of four. It felt like home and we were able to stretch out and use every space of it! It is located off a beautiful golf course. We don't play golf, but we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, grass volleyball court, swimming pool and the ocean view. There are interesting archeological ruins within the gated community. I received help immediately when I locked myself out of the condo by mistake. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Loved the property garden areas. The unit was well appointed and very clean but the porch though well furnished was unusable due to the heat from the air conditioning condenser.

We really loved the space of his home, the location, and the amenities. The only negative I have is that the lanai was really warm and we really couldn’t spend any time out there due to the heat. The loft area also got very warm, although there is a small air conditioning unit in the ceiling that helped our boys be more comfortable. The unit was very spacious, clean, affordable, and had gear and activity items for us to use. We would stay again!
