Overall was a nice place and conveniently located. I just wish it had been more wheelchair friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed cooking several meals. The location was great and we were able to walk to many shops and restaurants along the waterfront and a Safeway for groceries. It was nice to have access to beach chairs, a parking space, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of space for 4 adults.

Over all the place was comfortable and a great place to call home for our week. The location is great to restaurants and shopping. A good place to get out and walk. The home offers streaming services on top of regular cable so tha was a plus. Sadly we were not advised that the pool would be closed for the duration of our stay so that was highly disappointing. It only reopened the day before our departure. I wish I had been given this information prior to I could make a decision to rebook somewhere different sadly. I’m not sure if that fell on Vacasa or the property owner but very disappointed. All other communication was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Basic spices and such included. A/C’s and fans were more than sufficient. Beds were comfortable. Areas for improvement….. I personally would updated the door lock, 10 digit entry code was excessive and it usually never worked on the first try but it meant I HAD to carry my phone with me every time we went out. I would also include a deadbolt or internal lock that wasn’t attached to the exterior screen door. Obviously the pool was a sore spot. And lastly I would advise an extra blanket and or sheet. I travel with a small blanket but even with the AC off I can be cold and the bedding was thin at best. Additionally with cloth couches we like to put a blanket/sheet on the couches where we stay because of sweat and such, our or others, and it helps keep surfaces clean. There appeared to be no additional bedding so we used beach towel. While this may not bother others it does me because I know things like throw pillows and such don’t get washed during turn over. Bikes were a great offer but I don’t believe they’ve been used in some time as all the tires were flat ( old and flat ). Having Tommy Bahamas chairs an umbrellas are always appreciated. Over all it was comfortable and I would recommend the unit.

This is the ideal location in Kona. Centrally located and the fact that there is parking makes it a great place to stay. The unit itself is nice and is equipped with everything needed for a stay. However, I personally had too many issues with checkin, ants in the kitchen and no one getting back to me it detracted from the holiday. If you go with this property you will need to be proactive in getting responses and follow ups from the property management. I would come back to this property if it wasn’t managed by Vacasa.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our time staying here. It is much larger than the pictures show. We beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and charming. The kitchen was well supplied. Please note when parking in the garage there are many large scaffolding in place and maybe difficult with a large SUV. There are many restaurants within walking distance away from the ocean front that were inexpensive hidden gems. We would stay here again.
