Welcome to this beautiful ground floor vacation rental which lets you drop your bags at the door, walk onto the lanai and watch golfers swing through or just enjoy the full ocean view all within a minute of stepping through the door. You'll have views wherever you go, whether it's relaxing on the living room sofa, making dinner or drinks in the kitchen, or wading in the pool. With three shared pools, a shared hot tub, tennis on site, and the incredible Kona breezes, you'll settle into your aloha in no time! You can head outside and kick back and relax in your private and furnished patio! What's nearby: Less than a mile up the hill you can catch a movie, have a pizza or grab groceries for later at the Keauhou Shopping Center. Just mauka (toward the mountain) is Sam Choy's restaurant which has amazing ocean views. If you feel like taking a dip in the ocean or finding a boat to take you onto the water, you can head two and a half miles south to Keauhou Bay for a day on the water. The heart of downtown Kona is on the ocean front on Ali'i drive where you can spend a day exploring, smelling the fresh ocean air, dining at one of the many open-air restaurants or shopping at a local retailer or the Farmer's Market. Probably the best equipped vacation home we have stayed in. Was spotlessly clean at check in. Furniture nice and beds very comfortable. Right on the 18th fairway of Kona country club. About an 3 minute drive to golf course parking lot. Great view from lanai but ocean view partly obscured by trees on the golf course but only have to walk 50 feet to see the sunset over the pacific. Unit is only 50 foot walk to lightly used pool and shared grills. Would certainly consider staying again.

This updated unit is a nice one and we've stayed in a few of the units in this condo complex. One great/unique feature is how it is ground level from the front to the back. Most units don't have that, so you get a great breeze blowing through with a ground level lanai. The update decor and beds were very comfortable. I feel the pictures and descriptions were accurate. 4 beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, sand toys, a pool noodles were a very welcome touch. Great A/C but it's only in the master and living space, not in the second bedroom. We'll keep this at the top of our list when rebooking next year. Only thing I'd look forward to them adding is a dining setup outside and an espresso maker and pour over, but we can be coffee snobs who want to really enjoy Kona coffee to the max. Thanks for the hospitality!

The condo was perfect for our vacation. It was quiet and tranquil. Exactly what we needed after a long day out. The AC in the main bedroom kept the room cool during the night. We didn’t have any issues other than pests which is normal in Hawaii but while we were there a Terminix person sprayed the edges of the lanai and that significantly reduced the amount of pests we saw around. Our daughter loved checking for geckos every morning on the lanai. Overall great place to stay!
