We liked that it had most kitchen appliances and an extra half bath. The lanai was our favorite part of the condo.

It was quiet and mostly clean. Hard to find all the amenities, pool etc so there needs to be a grounds map to find it all.

We have stayed at the Shores around 5 times. The property is beautiful as well as the pool. The fitness center is a huge plus. The location is great for accessing Hapuna Beach. 3 of our favorite restaurants are within 30 minutes. Check out Canoehouse, Merriman's, and Pueo's. This condo supplied Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, umbrella, boogie board and cooler. That is a HUGE bonus!

This is a corporate rental with no transparency prior to booking or arriving. WARNING if you're looking for a private renter with personal attention. They don't tell you that you can only use the AC to minimum of 74 deg or the pipes will freeze. An when it is on, it kicks in and out all night, banging the pipes and waking you up every 45-60 minutes. The wifi allows you to log in and "works" but it never works and creates more hassle than just using cell data, so you better hope your carrier has service there. They gave me 3 codes for the pool/gym, non of which worked and I had to spend half a day tracking down the maintainance man for access every day. Then the AC didn't work in the gym. The place was dirty and smelled of urine and felt like living in a Salvation army store. The bed was so old and uncomfortable, they had to cover it with 3 egg crate mattress covers...VERY uncomfortable. Also, they are also very unclear about what they have and don't have ahead of time so I ended up traveling with a lot more than I needed to bring. They want the renter to do all of their "property management work" so they don't have to do anything for the high price they charge.

The hole was so spacious, clean & convenient. This is one of the best homes we have stayed at and we will definitely be back!

The maintenance man James was very responsive and fixed drain promptly. The bed pillows were disgusting and we requested new but no response. Patio it’s a great place to hang out but cushions needs replacing, Chaise cushions needs some serious cleaning. We enjoyed the breeze as unit is on third level. Do not expect to see ocean as it is at a distance. The only thing that has been remodeled is the shower, this could be a great space if you spend a few dollars on it.
