The beds are completely worn out the manufacture label says they are from 2009 (17 years old) they are badly stained, sagging and unfit to sleep on. My wife ended up with extreme back pain and needed massage therapy 4 times in our 6 week stay. We would have considered sleeping on the floor but the rugs is so filthy we wouldn't even walk on it in bare feet. The rug is so worn out they put an area rug over top, and that area rug is also filthy and worn... nothing but a trip hazard. We told VACASA that the beds were unfit, they sent someone over to "fix"them, but it didn't do anything. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work, the VACASA service man came and said that he was coming the next day to replace it, he never came. The air conditioner is way too small for the unit, it does not cool the room, only acts as a poor fan. The black out curtains are old and full of holes, not much good. This unit is not fit for habitation and if a health inspector was to check it out, it would fail miserably.

The apartment is outfitted with all necessary items. Great views from the 35th floor. The apartment is far away from the elevators so no noise disturbances. Great amenities in the building. We had a wonderful stay!
