The Ala Wai Promenade offers a quieter waterside stroll, and Diamond Head rises just beyond the neighborhood. It is well suited to guests who want to do plenty without driving.

Daniel K. Inouye International Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away depending on traffic. A rental car is optional here, since Waikiki and much of Honolulu are very walkable, with rideshare and the bus system covering the rest. Beaches, shopping, and dining are often just steps or a short stroll away. Parking is typically available through hotels or paid lots rather than free street parking.
