This garden-level condo sits on the edge of the golf course at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, just across the parking lot from the community pool, hot tub, grills, and gym. You can walk quarter-mile south to shop, grab a beer, or peruse the weekly farmers market at Kings' Shops, or head less than a mile north to check in for a round at the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Waikoloa Beach is directly in front of the Marriott less than a mile west, and the Lava Lava Beach Club awaits one-mile southwest. Communication with host was excellent. Location was excellent. Floors are paper thin so be careful if you get a bottom unit. Anyone walking above you will be super loud. King bed is old and sloped, host should replace. Towels could be replaced. Vents need to be replaced, rusted. Pool and hot tub were great. Door keypad was convenient, don’t need a physical key. Only have 1 parking spot. Washing machine and dishwasher were useless, didn’t get anything clean. Provided a blender and cooler which was nice. If you don’t want a lot of noise then get an upper unit.

This unit is well positioned in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Beach is lovely and quite close. View of fairway is lovely, and the pool and grills are convenient. However, the maintenance is lacking and needs more attention.
