Fairway Villas itself will gladly meet most of your needs and wants. A spectacular community pool and fitness center can give you relaxation as well as the chance to work off those Mai Tais. The gated complex is secure, but the pedestrian entrance and exit will allow easy access to all that Waikoloa has to offer. What's a great day? Watching golfers (and non-golfers) play along as the coffee is getting piping hot. Perhaps it's spending the day watching your favorite show on the flatscreen TV while doing your laundry and relaxing in the cool A/C. If eating out is getting old, the full kitchen and nearby groceries will help inspire you to work with all of the amazing kitchen amenities. We stayed in unit H3 for 7 weeks winter time. This is the second year on a long term stay. The kitchen is well stocked and if we needed something, Vacasa staff were very fast and happy to get it. We had some wifi/tv issues that Vacasa staff addressed each time. Since we were there 7 weeks, TV was on at night. I believe the owner needs to purchase a new TV as it is pretty old per Spectrum serviceman. But if you stay a week or so, probably won't watch TV much to matter. Vacasa is excellent at helping. The condo is on golf course. It is pretty quiet. Lots of beautiful birds in the morning near the lanai. Bed was comfy in master bedroom. Twin mattress in guest bedroom needs replacing as it's pretty saggy. Super sweet place and we would rebook again!

Just returned from 2weeks stay at Fairwsy Villa H3. Unit was lovely and very quiet. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again. I loved that it was walking distance to both Kings and Queens shopping centers with some new restaurants opening up. Try the Pono pastries in queen’s for the best Malasadas

This property was very comfortable and clean. The furniture and beds were nice. The setting and community amenities are wonderful and it was extremely easy and convenient to access the property and all it has to offer. It’s nice that there are things you can walk to like restaurants and a market and the location is convenient to Kona and other fun things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our villa! It was spotless and had everything we needed for our 6-night stay—every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping all nearby. It made our Big Island trip so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place! !
