We loved our stay! Location is perfection!! Loved walking for coffee or shopping. Golf course views are very pretty. Lots of birds and an occasional mongoose. Pool is close by. Gas grills available for use by the pool are nice. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends!

When we arrived, we were delighted to enter through the front porch pergola cascading with beautiful flowers and greenery. Inside, the townhouse was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of amenities, right down to the washing machine pods and dryer sheets. Our teens loved the infinity pool and hot tub. There are plenty of toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas in the front hall closet. The AC cannot be set below 75, however there are portable fans in the bedrooms that helped keep us comfortable overnight. We felt safe with the gated entry and great communication from management. We never had a problem finding parking in the visitor spots. The location was perfect- very close to the beach and Kings and Queens shopping. The beach is smaller than I expected but also not over-crowded, so the whole area felt like a small, private community. I addressed a couple of minor issues with management, but nothing that would affect our decision to book here again. Overall, we loved our stay and had a wonderful family vacation!

The unit was more than enough space for six adults. We loved the furniture and amenities and location to the queens and kings shops; to grocery stores, bars, restaurants and beaches. Location, Location. The public grill area and infinity pool were well maintained, clean and comfortable. I would be remiss if I did not send a WARM MAHALO to the staff we engaged with on the property or over texts.

Great location and very clean! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if it's available.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This condo was the perfect home base for our Big Island adventure. We found the location super convenient, just 30 minutes north of Kona airport. It's set right on a beautiful golf course, and the fact that we could walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and a great beach was a huge plus. For a party of six (including two kids and two in-laws!), the condo felt incredibly spacious and comfortable. Having the separate bedrooms and bathrooms made all the difference—we were truly able to spread out. The kitchen was excellent. It was so well-equipped with modern, functional appliances, allowing us to easily make breakfast and dinner every day. The nearby pool and jacuzzi were also very conveniently located. Communication with the management was top tier—very helpful and timely throughout our entire stay. The best bonus? Having a full washer and dryer meant we went home with zero dirty laundry. A massive win for a family trip! I'll miss the breathtaking view of the volcano and the many bird species visiting us while having our morning coffee out on the patio. Highly recommend this property and I can't wait to return!
