To ensure safety and comply with insurance requirements, the following rules apply: Clear Lanais: All furniture must be removed. No Access: Guests and owners are prohibited from entering the lanai at any time— including evenings and weekends after the crew has left for the day. Safety Hazard: We are performing spalling repairs. The risk of falling concrete is a significant liability; therefore, these areas must remain completely vacant. Privacy: For your privacy during work hours, we recommend keeping your curtains closed. Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.
