This large-scale project will span approximately 1.5 to 2 years (depending on weather). Please be advised that all lanais are strictly OFF-LIMITS for the duration of the upcoming repair project, which is estimated to take 1–3 weeks. Dates of work TBD! To ensure safety and comply with insurance requirements, the following rules apply: Clear Lanais: All furniture must be removed. No Access: Guests and owners are prohibited from entering the lanai at any time— including evenings and weekends after the crew has left for the day. Safety Hazard: We are performing spalling repairs. The risk of falling concrete is a significant liability; therefore, these areas must remain completely vacant. Privacy: For your privacy during work hours, we recommend keeping your curtains closed.

Guests can use the shared outdoor pool and elevator at the hotel. Paid on-site parking is available. This unit has central air conditioning and a private lanai. The building sits on Waikiki's harbor edge, close to the beach and marina.

The Ilikai sits at Waikiki's harbor edge, where the marina gives the neighborhood an open-water feel and Kahanamoku Beach is close for a swim. Walk toward Ala Moana Beach Park for broad lawns and calmer water, or follow the shore into Waikiki for surf lessons, catamaran sails, restaurants, and shopping. Ala Moana Center is nearby for groceries and dining. This pocket suits guests who want Waikiki energy with room to watch the boats come and go.

Honolulu Airport (HNL) is about 20 to 30 minutes away, depending on traffic. A rental car is optional here because Waikiki and much of Honolulu are very walkable, and rideshare and bus service cover many other trips. Beaches, shopping, and dining may be steps away. Parking is typically through hotels or paid lots rather than free street parking.

Please be mindful of tipping and checking the rates prior to arrival. Limited daytime parking is available along the beach side for free on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can park free during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces are often filled by surfers and beachgoers, but usually open up throughout the day. There is no overnight parking in this area. Towing begins promptly at 10:30 pm. Please be sure to read the posted signage Additional paid parking is also available near the marina which are located across from the free parking spaces, there is a paid parking lot with machines that take credit cards. The rates are $1/hour (rate subject to change).
