Seabreeze Hawaii Kai -A - 30-Night Minimum

Loved the view, just amazing looking down the valley to the ocean. Lots of friendly neighbors out walking their dogs. We would greet them on our morning walks. I would not recommend this home for anyone with mobility challenges. Steep drive and steps. Also, no A/C which might be fine over the winter months but not in Aug/Sep. Lastly, Hawaii Kai is such a great area to stay. Away from the crowds with nice beaches, great food, and a Costco close by. I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our time at Seabreeze. It is a beautiful, well appointed home with an amazing backyard. It is located in a quiet neighborhood situated on a hill with a great view. The backyard koi ponds with the running water make it that much more soothing and peaceful. The combination of the breeze and ceiling fans acted as natural air conditioning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The bathrooms were nicely remodeled with plenty of towels and washcloths. Also, lots of beach towels. The house is in a convenient location with Costco, Safeway, Long Drugs, Kona Brewing, Roy’s(excellent, you should try) and many other restaurants and stores. Many hikes and beaches close by also. I would highly recommend staying at Seabreeze. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for an unforgettable time on O’ahu!

Great home, great views, great location.

Seabreeze is a very special place! The lanais added more space that was beyond rejuvenating. The views the breeze the koi pond all were a true asset. We had minor issues that came up that were addressed promptly. Hoping to be back!

Seabreeze is the perfect retreat! Nothing like watching the morning rain roll through while sipping coffee on the lanai and looking out to Koko Head. Away from the tourists of Waikiki but close enough to enjoy the beaches and restaurants. This house really has it all - location, plenty of space, view, relaxation and more! A perfect place to get in the aloha spirit.

Our family enjoyed a wonderfully tranquil and rejuvenating vacation at Seabreeze Hawaii Kai. The location was absolutely ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We were delighted to find a grocery store, poké, shave ice, and Leonard's bakery, all within a convenient 5-minute drive. Exploring nearby attractions like Waimanalo Beach, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, and Sea Life Park, where my 4-year-old had the incredible opportunity to swim with sharks and fish safely by my side, was a highlight of our trip. The view from the house was nothing short of breathtaking. I especially cherished the moments when I put my toddler to sleep in the downstairs bedroom, with the moon and stars peeking through the window. Each morning, we were greeted by the splendid colors of the sunrise over the mountains and the bay. For the days when we preferred to stay in and relax, the property offered a huge TV and lightning-fast Wi-Fi. The sounds of the night showers and the soothing stream of the koi pond in the backyard created a natural lullaby, ensuring the entire family slept soundly. This vacation exceeded our expectations and was, in every way, perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway.
