Hawaii Kai Dream - 30-Night Minimum

The view over Hawaii Kai was stunning and the house had great potential, but ongoing cleanliness and maintenance issues—like pests, worn linens, and dusty screens—detracted from our stay. Vacasa was responsive, and with more consistent care, this property could truly shine.

It is an older house but the bathrooms are nicely renovated. The kitchen was partially renovated. There is a new fridge that worked well. The air conditioning and the humidification worked well. The view from the living room and deck is exceptional. The master bedroom and the the room with a bed on the lower floor of the house were large and nice but the 2 bedrooms on the main floor were small. The parking spot we were allowed to use in the garage was filled with junk that I had to move out of the way at 11:30 PM to get the car in the garage. The house was not very clean. There were ants in the house throughout our stay we found two cockroaches in the first 2 days we were there. Some of the windows were quite dirty. There were 2 large televisions with 4 remote controls but only one of the remote controls worked. Overall, I would return but I am not sure my wife would.

The house was beautiful but I have a problem when we leave I can beans sitting on the table and the anti running all over there you could leave nothing out because they had ants it`s downstairs in the basement and in my room they had an traps all over the place on top of it they don`t have air central air ceiling fans that`s what we have to deal with it I`m a 55 year old lady and I need air but I made the best of itI did my friend she downstairs using the sink just trying to brush your teeth in the water running in the sink clogged up fix the sink it was a messI`ve just felt like they should, dated us and gave us some more money back because I`ll come all the way from Detroit Michigan to come to hallelujah to be living in infested place and bugs come on now just too much for me on vacation I`m when we arrived we had to take out the garbage can to be empty it was already full the plastic containers who`s already. Was not my responsibility did I have to take out yeah but I`m taking out somebody else`s garbage that was their previous I had a problem with it and my boyfriend she had to stay up in the living room and sleep because the downstairs stinks so bad because of the water had got clogged in the sea if you fix those situations then you have a beautiful house we paid too much money to be treated like this ants in the house.. hopefully you clean up your mess and get rid of them ants come in there once a month and spray you know you have guests that comes in there frequency so you need to keep that place spray once a month it`s a beautiful house but the ants and then the pipe was called the mirror downstairs was dirty would I refer this off to my friends y`all get rid of them ants yeah I don`t give a **** ants know I would not refer this to my friends This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
