Have a mini kitchen with supplies. Super close to the beach & other areas making it easier to enjoy the stay. A bar/restaurant downstairs. Air conditioner worked great.

The building felt extremely unsafe. The unit was old and crusty but as clean as it could have been. I also should have paid closed attention, this is at Ilikai MARINA not ilikai resort-and that was really confusing.

Location is great, unless you want to be in the middle of Waikiki craziness. Unit is pretty tired, chipped and broken floor tiles, not much room for bathroom stuff on the small vanity, a pump bottle of body wash that we had to shuttle between shower and sink, surfaces were dirty and dusty upon check-in. Bed was firm but comfortable, plenty of pillows. Air conditioning unit was very loud, even on low fan speed setting. Arrangement of furniture was odd - couldn't watch TV from the couch, only bed and table. Lots of beach stuff in the closet, plenty of hangers. Kitchen was adequate, but only about a foot of counter space, which was occupied by coffee maker and knife block. One of the stove burners was not working. Lamps on nightstands had nice charging plugs. No coffee or laundry soap in the 'Welcome pack', although there was dishwasher soap, but unit didn't have dishwasher.
