This sun-soaked getaway offers two spacious floors and a modern kitchen. Located in the Kuapa Isle community, amenities include a year-round pool and clubhouse. Beautiful bay beaches are within minutes of your door. Sandy Beach -- a favorite surf spot -- is a quick car ride along scenic Kalaniana’ole Highway. LIVING AREA Two reclining leather sofas invite relaxation in the living room. Kick back with your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply take in the water view. KITCHEN & DINING Fix delicious meals in the updated kitchen, featuring a full suite of stainless steel appliances and polished granite countertops. Three can perch at the kitchen bar, and a breakfast table seats two more. BED & BATH This two-story rental sleeps four guests in two bedrooms, master bedroom with a flat-screen TV. Wake to water views in the primary suite, featuring a king bed and a private deck with stunning views. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower. A comfy queen bed awaits in the guest room. An adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Koko Crater towers in the distance. Enjoy the views on a covered lower-level deck detailed with two four-person dining tables, or from the upper-level deck off of the master suite. A gas grill awaits on the private lanai, setting the scene for tasty sunset cookouts. The Kuapa Isle all-season unheated pool and clubhouse are a short walk from your door. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for four vehicles (two in the assigned carport and two parked in tandem). This duplex property does not have air-conditioning. All leases require a minimum 31-day term. Please note the boat dock and the boat stored at the dock are not available for guest use. THE LOCATION Kuapa Isle is 1.4 miles from Kuliouou Beach, a quiet bayside stretch of sand. Sandy Beach on the open ocean is 4.4 miles. Stop in at Kona Brewing Co. (1.7 miles) for craft beer and tasty dishes on your way back home.
