Take in beautiful sunset views of the marina and the Pacific Ocean from the private lanai. Enjoy refreshing swims in the large heated pool; a second sunbathing pool offers additional shared outdoor space. Located in a convenient neighborhood, great boutiques, eateries, and the beach are all within walking distance. LIVING AREA Kick back in the open living area, complete with a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV. A mirrored wall reflects the beautiful water view outside. KITCHEN & DINING Complete with a full suite of appliances, the well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare delicious meals. When your culinary creations are ready, the breakfast bar has seating for three. BED & BATH This studio sleeps four guests between two full-size beds and a full-size sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress. A room partition can be pulled closed to separate the two full-size beds from the sitting area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Enjoy morning coffee and water views on your private lanai, complete with a table for four. This private 120-square-foot area overlooks the marina and the Pacific Ocean. Take an invigorating dip in the heated community pool, open year-round. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and access to a communal laundry area with coin-operated machines. There is a window air-conditioning unit in the living area. Beach chairs are provided in the rental. On-site valet parking is available for $45/day, per vehicle (rate subject to change). Limited daytime parking is available along the beach side for free on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional paid parking is also available near the marina. THE LOCATION Your rental is located just a few minute walk from beautiful Waikiki Beach and a recreational lagoon-- excellent spots for swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, or just lounging in the soft sand. Stroll to Ala Moana Beach Park or Fort DeRussy Beach Park, also prime beach spots for an oceanfront cookout. Walk to the Hawaii Convention Center, the boutiques and eateries of Kalakaua Avenue, and the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Iolani Palace, Diamond Head, and the Honolulu Zoo are also just minutes away. Exterior Spalling and Painting Project will start July 28, 2025. This large-scale project will span approximately 1.5 to 2 years (depending on weather). Please be advised that all lanais are strictly OFF-LIMITS for the duration of the upcoming repair project, which is estimated to take 1–3 weeks. Work will be done during 6/29/26 - 7/24/26 (depending on weather). To ensure safety and comply with insurance requirements, the following rules apply: Clear Lanais: All furniture must be removed. No Access: Guests and owners are prohibited from entering the lanai at any time— including evenings and weekends after the crew has left for the day. Safety Hazard: We are performing spalling repairs. The risk of falling concrete is a significant liability; therefore, these areas must remain completely vacant. Privacy: For your privacy during work hours, we recommend keeping your curtains closed.
