This place is perfect! Short walk to a uncrowded beach and walking trail. The area is beautiful and quiet. Sandwiched between the Montage and Ritz, tells you what you need to know. You would be crazy to stay at one of those hotels when you could stay in this place.

The view and location of this condo were amazing! We liked having no stairs to climb to get into condo and always found easy parking right outside condo. It was very spacious and bathroom was bigger than it really needed to be. There were beach chairs to use and an umbrella which was very convenient. The condo complex was very quiet and felt quite private. The beach was also easy access (some stairs to climb), but pretty private since really only Kapalua and Ritz use it. My two complaints were the lights in dining room was out and way too high for us to reach to change. The other major issue is the tub design did not work and water would run all over the bathroom if you did not dam it up while showering, plus hard to get into the tub if you have shorter legs. They did bring new loungers for the lanai when we were there. We enjoyed the bed firmness and pillows.

This home is located in a most wonderful place where you can hear the ocean waves and experience the trade winds. We came home relaxed and thankful. The access to the coastal trail is between buildings 20/21, for anyone that wants to find it. Otherwise, to the north of the Montag is an easier path to Kapalua Bay/Napilli Bay.

1. The electrical outlets in the living room have no power. As a result, the smoke detector at the floor outlet near the kitchen does not function. This is a life safety issues and should be addressed. 2. The lights above the dining area do not function. 3. The sliding doors and screen doors off the balcony and bedroom are extremely difficult to open due to corrosion on the wheels at the base of the doors. I applied WD40 to the door wheels and it improved the issue. The handles on the doors are also very corroded. 4. One of the hinges supporting the back of one of the lounge chairs on the deck is broken due to rust and cannot be used. 5. The security gate code did not function on our last day. All these issues were relayed to the Owner during our stay and we received no response. Lee
