Plumeria Breeze at Ke Nani Kai #201

We were moved to this property after being in a different site that could only be described as a biohazard. Upon arrival, my husband picked up the tv remote and it stuck to his hand. We contacted our host and were told that the cleaner tried to wipe it down but couldn’t remove the sticky substance so just left it. The showers were not fully clean and one bathroom sink was unusable due to a blockage. After the first property disaster, we chose to just personally clean the areas we were going to use and ignore the rest. We have used Vacasa before and never had any issues.

We stayed for 3 weeks last year and again this year. For shorter stays, the many maintenance issues might not be obvious. The biggest downside in 2025 is there is no one on-site for management of any type. So when the grounds crew blasts in at 7:15 a.m. Monday through Friday with gangsta rock blaring (loved waking up to the "F" and "C" words) and doors slamming, and voices raised the racket cannot be missed. The unit is directly on the entrance road to the development and the amount of speeding, rattling, and muffler-challenged traffic was amazing. Was not a problem in 2024, was a problem in 2025. So. Be warned.

The condo is very comfortable and nice. Right across the pool. I do recommend it.

Right near Papohaku beach, close to pool, not busy, and great lanai space area for our wet items to dry out. Just what we needed. Bummed the loft wasnt open to use but its ok we made due.

We stayed there about a year ago and had a great time but this time was very different. The condo is nice but the lack of service/help from Vacasa, and not being able to use the amenities spoiled the trip for us. We hope this can be rectified because we would like to try to stay there again but have to be assured these issues are resolved and that there will be better service, communication, and help during a stay.

My husband and I stayed here for a week, and mixed work with enjoying Molokai. Wi-Fi worked great for all of our work and business calls. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to be able to cook meals while staying in. Pool directly across the street, and beach only a five minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
