We needed a last minute accommodation and this place delivered! As soon as we walked onto the property and our kids saw the oceanfront pool, they were ecstatic! I thought the ocean view was amazing, too! Then, when we got into the condo, it was so nice and such a refreshing setup with all of the amenities we could need right off the bat. A really nice welcome kit was waiting on the counter and the interiors were clean and new and nice. The bed was so comfortable and even the sofa sleep bed was comfy for my kids. The location is perfect for exploring the island- it’s a great central location. We also loved that the BEST shave ice on the island (Ululani’s) was just a couple blocks away. They also have a little bakery and market next door where you can get fresh local fruits like apple bananas- not to miss! This is a great vacation rental and we’d definitely come back to this exact same condo!

Clean, well decorated and well equipped condo on Sugar Beach. This condo and complex really exceeded our expectations. The complex is well maintained and sits in Sugar Beach with direct beach access. The views are lovely. A great pool and hot tub area with plenty of lounges provided relaxation in the sun. The unit itself was fantastic. Highly recommend for a proper Maui relaxing stay with easy access to all areas of the island. We will definitely be back.

This was our second year at Sugar Beach, but first time in this specific condo and it did not disappoint! Much nicer than the room we stayed in last year. It was clean, fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it was beautifully updated! We love Sugar Beach. We love that it’s right on the Beach, the grounds are beautiful, and there are always pool loungers available, no matter the time of day. Will likely be back for our 3rd year next year!

We had a great stay at Sugar Beach 203. The condo was perfect and exactly as advertised, and the ocean view was even better than expected. We appreciated that beach chairs and an umbrella were provided, though the chairs are basic camping-style and could use an upgrade. There was also limited silverware. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely stay again.
