The place was clean and comfortable. The unit had a good amount of dishes and cookware (could use a cookie sheet or 2 for baking). Loved the view and lanai was great to eat on and watch the sunsets. The decor is nicely done and not cluttered or gawdy. Parking was easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The beach chairs could stand to be replaced, but if you stay around the resort, there are more than enough on the grounds. Had a fabulous first time to Maui and will definitely come back again.

This is a really nice unit. I stayed there with my toddler and it was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Love the proximity to the beach. The grounds and pool are beautiful too.

We loved our stay! The unit is located in a very convenient spot in Kihei and the resort is on a small stretch of beach with direct beach/ocean access. Pool was fun for the kids, and hot tub was amazing after a long day of exploring for adults. The unit was clean, and nicely decorated, bed was comfortable, and we SO appreciated all of the items available for our use. Unit had two beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, a full kitchen with every pot, pan, cooking utensil you may need. REALLY loved having a washer/dryer in the unit as we traveled with two small kids (=loads of laundry!) We loved having breakfast on the lanai every morning looking out at the ocean. Thank you for letting us stay at your place. LOVED IT! Huge shout out to Vacasa's management team as well. My phone died after a long day out one day and we had the condo code saved on it. We reached out to them and they were VERY prompt to get back to us to let back in. Really appreciated that!

I have stayed at sugar beach twice. This was my second and does not disappoint. Love the place I stayed at except for the picky neighbors. The time I stayed the winds were out of control and our door slam. The next day i have a note on my door to not slam the door. Please common sense would understand the door slam. Other then that love my stay.
