Beautiful condo with 180 degree views of the ocean. Very well stocked unit with all the essential items needed.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for! Expansive ocean views from the living area, lanai, and bedroom (just wish we were there during whale season), literally steps to the beach, super clean and very accommodating unit. We would definitely stay here again!

PROS: Good Location; right on the waters edge; Easy parking, access from road is easy. Food and gas within walking distance. Unit was very clean. Nice supply of items for you to make it for the week. (dish washer pods, paper towels, beach towels and beach chairs, toilet paper, coffee). Lots of silverware; dishes and spices. Entry way to the complex is well lit, NOT good lighting down the walkways to our condo unit, in fact the light we needed to key in our lock code was burnt out. Extra plug adapters at each plug so we could plug and charge all devices. 1 medium TV in living room, which allowed you to sign into Netflix, utube, Paramount, or prime. Easy check in, (parking pass, and lock on our door). WI-FI password was easily displayed inside condo. There is a key so you can lock the screen door to the unit, if you can find the key. (it was not in the cabinet as stated in the guest book in the unit). Each sliding door has a screen to keep bugs out. You need the sliders open, because there is NO AIRCONDITIONING. There is appropriate drawn curtains in the unit, on all windows. There are 3 floor fans and 2 ceiling fans. Great having a washer and dryer in the unit. Small Pool, with about 25 chairs, with back gate which lets you out to the beach. You can come in this way and wash feet and chairs off with the pool shower/hose. CONS: Door lock code came the day before and I was anxious because we traveled the entire day to get here and won’t arrive until after dark. I could not get anyone to respond to my inquiry if I could have the code 2 days early. Wi-fi was displayed inside condo but description for the condo said we would be informed of Wi-fi password 1 day in advance. (so I waited and looked for the password which never came.) NO AIR CONDITIIONING. What is attractive for the condo is the water just feet away but the waves were very loud, we needed earplugs so we could sleep. We needed the screens open to have some breeze. The curtains that are on the SOUTH WINDOWS, (are thin, filtered light) allows too much heat to enter the unit and you can’t cool it down, because you have no AIRCONDITIONING. The bedroom drawn curtains are thin and don’t make you feel at all like you have personal privacy from people that walk between the Unit and the Beach. For the time we were there, the only way to cool the condo was to open every possible door, allowing people who walked the hallway to view in the unit, and those walking the shore line to view into the Unit. Moving Hot air around with a fan does not make it cool down. Small Pool not heated. (pro/con) in the shade most of the day. NOTE: Unit only; Add to your description of the unit that you can register at the front desk after 5:00 pm and get your parking pass the next day for your car, without fear of your car being towed.

The view doesn’t get much better than from this condo. We enjoyed watching the whales from the lanai. Except for the crashing waves, the complex is very quiet . We definitely enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Stunning views, right on the water!! We loved it !! And literally steps from the water. Very nice place, well stocked up, thoughtful about everything one would need when on vacation at a beach rental. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to have stunning views or if you have kids who want to be in the water all the time. The location of this unit is just unbeatable!! Note: If you are a light sleeper, the waves might keep you up. I personally loved to sound of the waves but I can see it bothering someone too. Thanks to the hosts for sharing this lovely home with us .
