Kihei Park Shores 13

The condo was totally adequate with comfy beds and lots of soaps and conditioners and dish soap and laundry soap. There was some sunscreens and after sun aloe. Lots of towels including beach towels and beach chairs and boogie board too! The place is a bit worn but very functional. can't sit together to eat as no dining table and only 3 stools for the island...2 always sat on my folded out couch or on the lanai. There was a small bottle of olive oil salt and pepper in the kitchen. The showers dripped ( hope they repair them) Lots of traffic noise on S kihei but it didn't bother us...the view of the ocean seemed to make everything peaceful!! Charley Young Beach was where we swam every day early in the morning...a 5 minute walk from the condo...gorgeous and good for new swimmers and kids etc. morning time is great as the trade winds are not blowing...when they come up the waves get really fun! Very swimmable. We shopped at Food land mostly...it was fine but we hear times is better selection? Everything was walking distance...breakfasts lunches and dinners...we did alot of cooking...for 5 of us for 14 days we pend 1 grand...I thought was very good. Kihei is definitely more tourist from 6 years previous. Also Vacasa was very good to deal with easy and super efficient! If you are good with a bit worn but functional...you will love the place. It was great for us 4 young adults and Mom! I love Maui. Such a feminine energy to rest in. OH the earthquake was exciting and a bit scary! Good to read a bout emergency preparedness when there. ALOHA.

Overall we had a great stay. The AC units were wonderful. Great location as well. Thank you!

Great location and views. The condo was clean upon our arrival. Our group was 2 couples and found the sitting area to be too small. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which was great, however the sitting area did not accommodate 4 adults with only one short sofa and VERY uncomfortable stools around the kitchen island. Nowhere for 4 adults to sit comfortably. The lanai has only 2 chairs so if we wanted to sit as a group out there, we found ourselves sitting on little beach chairs out there. The pictures show an upper loft although that is roped off and not for guest use (not sure what is up there but pictures make it seem there is space up there for use) We were disappointed that the unit or the condo building itself did not have a BBQ grill as we did a lot of our own cooking. All that being said, the condo was clean, beds comfortable and the location was good. Close to restaurants, market and Foodland grocery store. Host was helpful and friendly. We would stay again.

Loved the location and cleanliness of the stay! Looked right out to the beach and was a great distance from anything we needed.

The condo is conveniently located near a variety of dining options and is directly across from a surf beach park. It’s the perfect spot to watch surfers in the morning and enjoy the sunset right from the lanai. The accommodations include all the amenities I needed for my stay, such as a fully equipped kitchen and toiletries. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches, including board games, books, local recommendations, and cookies. The host truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I highly recommend this place!
