Plus, you won't have to worry about neighbors, as these end-stack condos have no walkway outside the front bedroom window, providing privacy and unobstructed ocean views from both sides of the condo. This is the third time we have stayed at the Mana Kai - first time in this unit. 701 is at the end of the building closest to the beach/ocean with amazing views from the lanai and the second bedroom. The unit was well decorated, clean and had the basic set up for our needs (ie shampoo, soaps, lotion, dish soap, dishwasher soap, beach towels and beach chairs) The location of the Mana Kai on Maui is absolutely the best! Directly on the beach. Come down the elevator, walk thru the beautiful lobby, across the green grass and boom! there is the beach!!!! Doesn’t get any better than that. If you get the chance stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

The view looking over the beach and ocean is amazing. We had lightning out at sea one night and it was so cool to watch from our balcony. Easy walk down to nice relaxing beach. Ive been here a few times and it never seems too busy like other places.

We come to Maui every October and LOVE the Mana Kai. The room was fantastic and very well provisioned! We have a rental property ourselves and it makes guests feel well taken care of when they have various amenities while away from home. We did have an issue with the property management company (Vacasa), more specifically the local property manager was rude and dismissive, not addressing an air conditioning concern during our entire two-week stay and have sent private feedback to the owner.

The Mana Kai and this unit in particular made for a lovely vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and the set up of the unit with the sliding wall allowed for us to work through our jet lag sleep scheduled comfortably. The snorkeling is incredible and the check in staff was very kind. The photos are accurate, and we loved the local South Maui Gardens! Highly recommend.
