I have stayed twice at this room before and it was my favorite so we booked it again. Unfortunately, we got there just as the Kona storm began. The storm was so intense, the water was coming through the closed sliding glass door soaking the carpets. The carpet was soaked and smelled horrible. The carpet was cleaned after 4 days and it was better, but still smelled. I would still come back to this room if the carpet is replaced because the view is amazing.

Not unbelievable in a good way!!! The unit is unbelievably worn out and uncleanable Carpets are torn and stained Doors walls furniture coming apart Most of the unit not updated since we stayed in it 24 years ago Fortunately we had a second unit rented as well and mostly stayed there On a positive note the other unit (507) was a 5/5 I guess my biggest issue is that a rental/management company would continue to rent this unit It has received the same reviews and complaints for 4+ years Note -- probably not cleaning staff problem 507 was great

Knives rusty, blow dryer bad, coffee pot doesn’t turn off after so many hours, only 3 beach towels for a housing of four, drapes are stained, carpet is nasty stained, Ann’s so much more. Will pass this info to my travel agent. Very disappointed.

Views were amazing from balcony. Location was perfect to access morning beach walks and places of interest by car. Facility is well taken care of by property management. Condo needs a lot of improvement in cleanliness in various areas like carpet, tile, curtains, bed skirt and stovetop. Hopefully owners and property management will address to make this a delightful stay experience. Mahalo
