We had a great stay at the condo! The condo was clean and kitchen and bathroom were stocked with necessities which was much appreciated! Location was close to restaurants and shops and beaches. We loved going to whalers village close by. It would be nice if there was AC or more fans provided as it was quite hot. We did utilize the ceiling fans and left the windows opened which provided much needed cooling. Other than that everything was awesome for our week long stay.

Great vacation rental. Fully updated, very clean, nicely styled. Fully equipped kitchen…as an example there is a new frying pan with the non stick surface still function. I know that seems minor but after staying at dozens of vacation rentals it’s nice to see that attention to detail. Bed was comfortable with a view through the living area of the ocean. Smart tv. Easy parking right in front of the unit. Well landscaped pool area with a deck overlooking the ocean. Clean bbq area. Walkable to beaches and restaurants. 45 min walk to black rock along the beautiful beach trail. We spent the first two nights alone as a couple and the third night with our two daughters on the pullout. I would say it’s a little small for 4 with one bathroom. Perfect for two people! No ac but got very cool at night with the breeze, had to use the light cover to stay warm so don’t let the ac issue dissuade you. It’s very comfortable. Highly recommended!

While the unit was very clean & tidy, we had ants in the kitchen and bathroom. We did report it during a telephone call with property management but nothing was done to resolve it so we bought ant spray and did it ourselves. A tidy unit well suited for 2 people which we were. Great balcony view and nice pool area. No beach - just rocks and sea wall. Beach was a short walk away. Our biggest issue was no A/C - yes, it is listed on the summary but we didn't catch it when booking which is on us. Just very hot and stuffy in the unit. One ceiling fan remote did not seem to work. The water pipes "sing" and we had a constant concerto going on from those pipes. It is an older building. We had a solitary water drip from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Didn't happen all the time but we did report it during a phone call with property management and they did nothing to address it. I would be frustrated if I were the owner on that as water damage can quickly get out of control. Kitchen was super efficient and well stocked for our needs in terms of dishes, cups, silverware, etc. Lastly, we had a negative experience with property management. We received a call from their office that they wanted to come to the unit and measure a table for the owner and stated they could be there in 5 minutes. We lost the connection on the cell phone and called the number back. Got a different person who put us on hold and when they came back on the line stated that they would come in an hour. We stated we would be out and we were not comfortable with someone coming into the unit while we were away. The person became rude and fairly condescending at that point and sarcastically asked, "Oh, you aren't comfortable with us coming into the unit!". Very poor customer service and we were not trying to be difficult and were polite in expressing our concerns. We will not stay at this location again.
