This property was perfectly situated for the activities I planned. It was clean, quiet, and had all the items needed in the kitchen to cook meals, including a dishwasher for clean up. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. I would definitely stay here again 🙂

Lovely stay, right next to the pool. Had everything we needed for the beach and more. Super comfortable beds. Very clean, definitely would come back!

We originally stayed in this unit in March 2024 and enjoyed the location so close to the pool, but the furnishings and cleanliness were not great. Once we saw the unit had been updated, we booked the same one again in March 2026. This stay was much better. The new furnishings are all great and the place felt way cleaner. We did not see any critters of any kind in the unit, the pull out sofa was quite comfortable, the AC was very quiet, the new knives were very sharp and everything else was good. The only complaints for the unit would be the lack of a blanket/comforter for the pull out sofa, the lack of any cleaning supplies such as a multi-surface cleaner for daily cleaning and no boogie boards for the kids. Other than that, the unit was great and we had a wonderful time, despite the awful rainy weather from the Kona low that passed through. We did purchase and additional beach chair to make a set of 4 and 2 boogie boards that we left at the unit. We hope they will remain there for future guests to enjoy. The only thing that would stop us from booking this same unit again is that our kids are getting older and having a second bedroom would be ideal.

This place is great! It looks like it was recently remodeled; the furniture is updated, great quality, and the place feels new while still maintaining a cozy Hawaiian home aesthetic. The A/C units also looked new and worked great to cool the place quickly when getting back at the end of the day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and it was nice they even included beach chairs and an umbrella. You can tell the owners took feedback from previous reviews and care about their guest experience. The owners put small touches in like a sleep number bed to adjust to your comfort level. The location is walkable to beaches, shops, cafes, food and more. Overall 10/10 would stay here again.

This was the perfect place to come back to after the beach and restaurants! Nice and cool with the ac, and comfortable couch, bed, and chairs when chatting about where to go next!

Furniture, drapes, blinds, bathroom vanities, showers, cabinets, AC unit, back door and screen are all tattered. Entertainment center, TV and DVD player are all dated. Knives were terrible. Internet was decent. We were greeted by several cockroaches, as well as a centipede in the shower and a bunch of dead worms. It doesn’t appear that the owners are putting any money into the place, just collecting money. The place is falling apart, needs some loving.
