We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit 136. It was clean and had a beautiful beachfront patio. We would have given this place a 5/5, but we encountered homeless people camping and bathing on the property 3 different times. One of these incidents occurred after a towel was stolen off of our patio and we saw the homeless person using it to bathe. The resort staff didn’t seem especially concerned, even after we alerted them that the gate code had been used and the gate had been tampered with. If Sugar Beach Resort secures their parking lot with a gate or hires 24 hr security, this would be a perfect place to stay.

This unit was great, clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. This is our second visit to sugar beach resort and loved that this unit was on the ground floor, the beach chairs were a plus as well. Look forward to coming back next year!

We loved this ground floor condo-and decided we preferred this over a fancy new hotel! To be able to walk out the sliding doors to the beach, watching the sunset each night, was amazing! The condo was quiet, clean and comfortable. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen has all the tools. It was great having the washer/dryer. We hope we can return someday!!
