The property itself is gorgeous! The view from the room, the pool, the little spot to watch turtles, the parking all was fine and location was nice too!! The condo itself…not so much. Totally out of their control but the upstairs neighbors sounded like they were rearranging furniture all night and dropping golf balls. At home, I live in a condo so I’m very understanding to neighbor noises. This was different. I was on the patio reading one morning and they dumped some sort of liquid down and it splashed all over me, my book and phone. I said “wtf!”. I’m usually pretty well at handling heat as well, I live in a very hot climate but I was not prepared for the heat. I had all the fans on high and windows open at night yet I was still sweating and uncomfortable. One morning after the neighbors woke me up at 3:30, I sat in bed for an hour researching the fan above the bed so I could change the rotation of the fan because it was turning the wrong way. Still was unbelievably uncomfortable. This place also needs just a deep clean, a screwdriver and a magic eraser. There is also no door on the shower so the water splashes all over the floor. I wouldn’t stay here again. It wasn’t horrible but with all the other options on the island I’d pick one with air conditioning and hope it was a little cleaner.

We had a great stay. The condo was in a great location, beautiful and clean and we were greeted by a gorgeous view of the ocean as soon as opened the front door. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is absolutely perfect! You’re immediately greeted with an incredible view! The condo itself was equipped with everything we needed during our stay and it was so clean! There were sea turtles to see everyday down by the beach access point and also whales out on the water. The pool was tons of fun after a day at the beach. Kapalua Bay beach is a quick 10 minute drive north from this property- great for snorkeling. We had such a great stay and highly recommend this condo!
