This Sugar Beach unit is delightful! We loved having lunch on the lanai watching the walkers on the beach and the whales cavorting off shore. And the sunsets were spectacular!

Room 213 Pros: 1. Magnificent ocean view, framed by coconut🌴 trees 2. Nicely decorated main room - ownership has good taste. 3. Fold out bed can sleep 2. 4. Located directly on the golden sand beach. 5. Nice flooring in main room and kitchen. 6. Ownership provided coffee ☕️ and kukui nut leis. (Thank you!) 7. Full kitchen, w glasses, mugs, plates and cutlery - and a coffee maker (and I think I saw a blender). 8. Good calm location away from the high - traffic area of Kihei. 9. Dinah's sandwiches is steps away and has friendly staff. 10. Chaise lounges on lanai. 11. Small waterfall by pool is very picturesque and a good photo background. 12. Activity store on property. 13. Vacuum in closet. 14. Hear the ocean from the bedroom or living room. 15. Small putting green on property. Cons: 1. Beach ⛱️ water not clear, but sandy from mountain runoff. Kam beaches are better. 2. Shower hot water difficult - often I spent 5 mins wasting water 💧 trying to calibrate just right for warm water. 3. Mattress needs replacement. 4. Shower stall is small, but functional. 5. Bedroom carpet is well worn, although vacuumed. Hardwood would be better. 6. Chaise lounges on grass lanai, but not on beach. Summary: Paradise awaits!! I will likely stay here again as I love staying on the beach and the living/dining room was nicely appointed and had a magnificent ocean view. The accommodations aren't quite the Four Seasons, but nor does it have that expensive price.
