The view was stunning!

The view is great and the unit was clean, but it was extremely outdated. It looks like nothing, not even the bedding, has been updated since 1992. That was disappointing. It was stocked with basics and the owners were communicative. I went with a wedding party so I got to see other units at the same resort. They were much nicer. Fresh paint, furniture and decor makes all the difference. The other units also provided things that are necessary to enjoy the beach. Like chairs, umbrellas and coolers. I would even pay extra to be able to rent those things from the oweners. In regards to the staff; The older short hair bartender was HORRIBLE! absolutely rotten atttitude, rude and the most unfriendly person ever. She picked a fight with the mother of the bride who literally hadn't said a word to her. When myself and another wedding guest pointed it out, she started yelling at all of us and said she had over-served us and cut us off. We had just sat down and not even ordered a drink. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Based on her alone, I would never go back to that bar eventhough the other two bartenders were very nice.

Unfortunately we arrived just after Kona Low. Muddy and no elevator or AC operating. Bad timing I guess. Condo 514 was in good shape and the views are awesome.
